Punjab: BSF Seizes Two Drones on Amritsar Border
The Border Security Force (BSF) successfully seized two drones on November 6 from border areas in Amritsar, Punjab. According to officials, the drones were located in the Dhanoe Khurd and Rattankund regions.
An official statement confirmed that the first drone, a DJI Mavic 3 Classic, was recovered at around 9:50 a.m. from a field near Dhanoe Khurd village. Shortly after, another DJI Mavic 3 Classic was found in a farming field close to Rattankund village. Both drones, manufactured in China, are believed to have been brought down by the BSF’s advanced technical countermeasures.
In a post on X, BSF Punjab stated, “On November 6, BSF Punjab troops, with critical intel from the BSF intelligence wing, recovered two DJI Mavic 3 Classic drones from fields in border villages of Amritsar.”
